How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer free shipping to USA residents.

Will I have to pay any additional costs?

If you are ordering in the USA you won’t have to pay any additional costs as the price includes VAT & import duty.

Additional costs may apply for orders placed outside the USA. Please be sure to check tax & customs regulations in your country prior to placing an order.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

All orders will be processed and shipped the next business day.
For orders made in the US allow 5-8 business days for delivery.
For orders made outside the US please refer to our delivery table.

Where do you ship the order from?

All orders are shipped from our storage facilities in the USA.

What do I do if my order is incorrect or missing an item?

Check your order as soon as it arrives to make sure everything you ordered is there. If your order is incorrect or an item is missing, please contact us immediately. We’ll investigate the cause and work with you to resolve the issue.

What do I do if an item arrives damaged?

If an item is damaged when you receive it, the item must be returned to us. Our customer support team will work with you to return the damaged item and ask if you’d like to receive a new item or a full refund. Please notice a full refund will be given only once the item is received. The refund will take 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution.

How do I track the status of my order?

When your order ships from our storage facility, you’ll receive an email confirmation that includes a tracking number.

How do I find my order number?

After you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email that contains your order number. You can also log in to your account and view your order history.

Can I change or cancel an existing order?

We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Therefore, most orders are processed immediately and can’t be changed or canceled even if they haven’t shipped yet. We understand that there are situations where an order may need to be canceled or changed, and we will do our best to accommodate that need. But, in most cases, we are unable to cancel or change orders.

We do offer free shipping on all returns from the US, so if you are unable to cancel or change your order, then you can return it to us at no charge.

RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & EXCHANGES

Can I return/exchange an item I purchased?

To return or exchange an item you will need to mail it back to us with the original packaging. Once we receive it back we will send you a replacement item or a full refund, according to your choice.

How do I make a return?
